The Edgemoore Resident Service / Management Team is a dynamic and personable group of people that make sure the Edgemoore residents are taken care of. Few apartment communities offer this level of service and at The Edgemoore, this team plays a key role in customer satisfaction. The professional Resident Service/Management team is dedicated to improving the quality of the residents' lives by helping to resolve issues, being proactive on the resident's behalf and improving the resident experience overall while living at The Edgemoore.
The professionally trained Resident Services / Management Team is on call seven days a week to assist the Residents in many areas. Below is a list of key services and how they help to improve the resident lifestyle at The Edgemoore.
The professionally trained Edgemoore Property Manager ensures that the entire Team is providing the residents with the best possible customer service overall. They welcome the opportunity to help resolve any issues that may arise.
- Accounting. If a resident has questions with payment history, billing or anything financially-related, they can simply visit with a team member in person, call, or send an email via The Edgemoore’s resident service portal.
- Resident Relations. We take great pride in assuring our residents have easy access to our Resident Services / Management Team. Questions regarding trash pickup, parking, specific questions regarding the lease, receiving packages, local area events and services will all be answered quickly and professionally. Resident events are held quarterly to bring the residents together to have fun and win prizes while building friendships with their neighbors and Resident Services / Management Team.
- Maintenance Team. Our maintenance team is available 24 hours 7 days a week should you have a maintenance emergency. The team reacts quickly to resolve any maintenance issues that might occur. Work orders may be called in, submitted via The Edgemoore’s resident service portal or simply visit the office. We are always eager to assist with resident needs.
